Answers on uploading six images, accepted formats and sizes, how long a film takes, the fictional cast, logos and soundtracks, downloads, plans, extra videos and cancellation.
Short answers to the questions that come up while you use Arch2Video. For anything not covered, use the contact form; replies usually arrive within one business day.
Uploading your images
What do I upload?
Exactly six images from one project: renderings, drawings or finished-project photographs. Mix them if you like. Wide views, an approach or entry, the main space, a detail and a closing view give the AI director the most to work with; choosing the six images explains the thinking.
Which formats and sizes are accepted?
JPG, PNG, HEIC, TIFF, WebP and most other photo formats; files are converted for you. Each file can be up to 30 MB. Full-resolution camera files are welcome up to 120 megapixels and are downscaled automatically. Images with a long side of 1,500 pixels or more give the sharpest scenes; the hard minimum is 512 pixels.
Does the upload order matter?
Not much. Arch2Video studies all six images and plans the film's story itself, so the scene order can differ from the order you uploaded. Every image is used once.
Why was an image rejected?
Only a few things stop an upload: a file the image library cannot decode, an image above 120 megapixels or below 512 pixels on its long side, a file over the size limit, or a set that is not exactly six images. The message names the image and the reason. Your original files are kept on our side so the problem can be looked at if you contact us.
While your film is created
How long does it take?
Usually an hour or more, depending on the AI provider's queues. You can close the page; an email arrives when the film is ready. The film page shows the current stage while you wait.
Why are there people in my film?
Every film includes a small cast of original, fictional adults in at least one scene so the spaces look lived in; quieter scenes without people are also used. People who appear in your photographs are not animated: they are replaced by that cast. There is no option for a film without any people.
What happens if generation fails?
A failed render is retried automatically. If it still fails, the video credit is restored to your account and you receive an email. Uploads made while production is paused wait in the queue and start automatically when it resumes.
Logos, music and downloads
What do I receive?
A 1080 × 1920 (9:16) H.264 MP4 of about 30 seconds, made of six five-second scenes, with an original soundtrack. It is sized for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok and Stories.
Can I change the soundtrack or the logo afterwards?
Yes. A new film starts with the Still Air soundtrack; once it is ready you can switch to Quiet Piano, Concrete or no music, and add, replace or remove the logo. The film is re-exported without using another video credit, and the current version stays available until the new one is ready.
Why are there two versions of my film?
When a film is exported with a studio logo it also comes in a version without the logo. Both play and download from the film page.
Where does the logo come from?
Each account can hold up to two studio or brand profiles, each with a logo that is added to films made under that profile. You can also upload a logo for a single film.
Plans and billing
What do the plans include?
Studio (USD 49.90 per month) includes two project videos per month; Practice (USD 99.90 per month) includes five. Both deliver the same quality. Included videos reset each billing period and do not roll over.
Can I buy more videos?
Yes. While your plan is active you can add extra videos for USD 30 each at any time, from the dashboard, the plans page or settings. Unused extra videos carry over to later billing periods for as long as the plan stays active.
How do I cancel?
Open Settings and use the secure billing portal. Your plan stays available until the end of the paid period and then stops renewing. Refunds follow the refund policy.
Is there a free trial?
No. Plans are month to month and can be cancelled at any time. The example films show what six images become.
Account and data
Can I delete a video or my account?
Yes. A video and its project files can be deleted from the film page; the account can be deleted from Settings. What is kept, and for how long, is described on the data page and in the privacy policy.
