Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the Arch2Video website, subscriptions and video-generation service.

Effective September 18, 2026

1. Your account

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for access to your email account, the accuracy of account information and activity performed through your authenticated session. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

2. Plans, renewals and cancellation

Paid plans renew monthly at the price shown at checkout until cancelled. The included video allowance resets each billing period and unused videos do not roll over. Additional one-time video purchases may be offered to active subscribers. Taxes may be added where required.

You can manage payment methods, invoices, plan changes and cancellation through the Stripe billing portal in Settings. A cancellation stops future renewal; access continues through the current paid period unless Stripe shows otherwise.

3. Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of project images, logos and other content you upload. You grant Arch2Video and its processors a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, transform and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the requested service and deliver your videos.

You confirm that you have permission to upload the content and to depict any people, properties, trademarks or copyrighted works it includes. Do not upload unlawful, deceptive, infringing, sexually exploitative or malicious material, or content that violates another person’s privacy.

4. Generated videos

Subject to payment and these terms, you may use and distribute your generated videos for lawful personal or commercial purposes. Automated generation can introduce visual changes or errors. You are responsible for reviewing every video before publication and for any claims, credits, permissions or disclosures required in your use.

5. Service availability

Creation times are estimates, not guarantees. We may maintain, change, limit or suspend parts of the service for security, legal, vendor or operational reasons. If a generation attempt fails because of our service, we will ordinarily retry it or restore the affected video credit rather than count it as delivered.

6. Intellectual property

The Arch2Video service, software, design, branding and documentation belong to Arch2Video and its licensors. These terms do not grant rights to our name or marks. Feedback may be used to improve the service without restriction or payment, but it does not transfer ownership of your project content.

7. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Arch2Video is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits or loss of data. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid Arch2Video in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so these limits apply only where lawful.

8. Suspension, termination and disputes

We may suspend access for nonpayment, abuse, security risk or material violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. These terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules; disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Santa Clara County, California, unless applicable consumer law requires another venue.

9. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent through our contact form. If a dispute arises, please contact us first and include the account email and relevant video ID so we can try to resolve it promptly.
