1. Information we collect
We collect the email address used to sign in; studio profile names; billing and subscription status supplied by Stripe; project titles, six source images, optional logos, soundtrack choices and generated videos; messages sent through our contact form; and limited operational and first-party analytics data. This data can include random visitor and session identifiers; IP address and approximate city, state or region and country inferred from that IP; browser type, language, time zone and screen size; referring page and campaign parameters; pages visited and business actions taken; request times; security events; and service errors.
IP-based location is approximate and does not use your device’s precise GPS location. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number. Stripe processes payment details under its own privacy terms.
2. How we use information
We use this information to authenticate you, operate subscriptions, create and deliver videos, email login codes and essential job notices, understand genuine website visits and sign-in conversion, provide support, prevent abuse, diagnose failures and meet legal obligations. We use automated signals to estimate whether activity is more likely from a person or from a bot or security scanner; this classification is heuristic and may be wrong. When our systems verify a new registration or the first successful project-photo upload or other first real product use, or when a genuine subscription trial actually starts, a limited operational alert may be sent immediately to our private Discord channel. These alerts do not include uploaded image contents or login one-time passcodes. A daily report sent to that private Discord channel can include the IP address, IP-derived approximate city, California-local time, pages viewed and business actions taken. We do not sell personal information or use uploaded project images for unrelated advertising.
3. Service providers and video processing
We share only the data needed with providers for hosting, storage, approximate IP geolocation, internal operational messaging, transactional email, payments, security and AI video creation. To create and review your requested film, project images, generated scene references, instructions, and generated video or audio for quality checks are sent to our AI processing providers, including Kie.ai and Google. Arch2Video does not post your project files to a public gallery.
4. Retention and deletion
Account and project data is kept while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide downloads, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and comply with law. Raw visit, sign-in and operational analytics are normally removed from the active database after 30 days. Operational notifications and reports already sent to our private Discord channel are subject to Discord’s and that channel’s retention controls; deleting your account does not automatically recall or delete those previously sent private messages. Deleting a video removes its stored project assets from the active service, subject to short-lived backups and legal retention. Deleting your account starts removal of account data; billing records may be retained as required for tax, accounting and fraud prevention.
5. Cookies, browser storage and security
Arch2Video uses an essential secure, HttpOnly session cookie to keep you signed in and first-party browser storage containing random visitor and session identifiers for visit measurement. We do not use those identifiers for third-party advertising. We use anti-forgery protections and access controls around account actions. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so use an email account you control and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
6. Your choices and rights
You can view, correct and delete profile information in Settings; delete individual videos; download completed output; manage billing through Stripe; or delete your account. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of personal information and to appeal a request decision.
California residents may request information about collection, use and disclosure and may request correction or deletion, subject to legal exceptions. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
7. Children and international use
The service is intended for business users aged 18 or older and is not directed to children. If you use the service outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.
8. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service changes. Material updates will be posted here with a revised effective date and, when appropriate, sent by email. Privacy questions or rights requests can be sent through our contact form. We may need to verify that you control the account involved.
