Your project files and data

Plain-language answers on what happens to the images you upload to Arch2Video, who processes them, how payments and sign-in work, what is kept and for how long.

This page restates, in plain language, what the privacy policy and terms of service already establish about your files and data. If the two ever disagree, the policy and the terms apply.

Your images and videos

  • You keep ownership of the images and logos you upload. Arch2Video receives a limited license to host, copy, transform and transmit them only as needed to run the service and deliver your videos.
  • Your files are used to plan, generate and edit your video. They are not used as marketing material, and they are not shown to other customers.
  • You can delete a video and its project files from your account at any time; the deletion removes the video, its source images and its previews from the account.
  • Subject to payment and the terms, you may use and distribute the generated videos for lawful personal or commercial purposes.

Who processes your files

Generating a film involves external AI providers: an AI planning model that studies the six images to plan the scenes, an image model that creates the reference frames and a video model that generates the motion. Your images are sent to those providers only for that purpose. Payments are handled on Stripe's hosted checkout; Arch2Video never receives or stores your full card number. Google sign-in uses Google's own button and only the basic identity scopes (name, email and profile picture); Arch2Video does not read your Gmail or other Google data.

What is kept and for how long

  • Project images and delivered videos stay in your account until you delete them or delete the account.
  • Raw analytics, sign-in and product-activity records are pruned after 30 days. Visit analytics are first-party, use approximate IP location only, and count a page view as a likely person only after visible time on the page and a real interaction.
  • Verified backups of the account database run daily and are retained for 14 days, and uploaded source images are mirrored with them, so an accidental loss on our side can be recovered.

Account deletion

You can delete your account from Settings. This removes your profiles, videos and project files from the active service and stops renewals. Records needed to resolve disputes, prevent fraud or comply with the law are kept as the privacy policy describes.
