Pricing questions
What do the plans include?
Studio ($49.90 per month) includes 4 project videos each month and Practice ($99.90 per month) includes 8. Both deliver the same quality: a 1080 × 1920 MP4 of about 30 seconds with your soundtrack and optional logo, emailed to you when it is ready.
Can I buy more videos?
Yes. While your plan is active you can add extra videos for $30.00 each at any time, from the dashboard, this page or Settings. Unused extra videos carry over to later billing periods for as long as the plan stays active.
Do unused videos roll over?
Included monthly videos reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. Purchased extra videos do carry over while the plan is active.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Open Settings and use the secure billing portal. Your plan stays available until the end of the paid period and then stops renewing. Refunds follow the refund policy.
What happens if a video fails?
A failed render is retried automatically. If it still fails, the video credit is restored to your account and you receive an email. Changing the music or logo of a finished video never uses a credit.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account can create one free project video, made exactly like a paid one, with a small arch2video.com watermark in the top-right corner. Choose any plan and the same video is exported again without the watermark at no extra cost. Plans are month to month with no long-term commitment.
